Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.
Preparing your order
Every order is packed by hand. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.
Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your address. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged or something looks off, email us at [your email] and we'll make it right.
Refund Policy
Returns and refunds
Because Lugio is a body care product, we can't accept returns on opened items, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at help@lugio.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Unopened items
If an item is still sealed and unused, you can request a return by emailing help@lugio.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the seal is intact. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your refund goes back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Returns sent without approval can't be refunded.
